Nothing falls through the cracks. Not one invoice. Not one job.
The operating system for landscape companies. Eight agents watch every invoice, job, and customer around the clock. You approve. Nothing sends or spends without your sign-off.
How it works
ForgeOps recommends. You decide. It never goes around you.
Connect your data
Sync QuickBooks and Gmail, or just start entering jobs, customers, and invoices directly — either way, it’s real data from day one.
Agents watch and flag
8 agents continuously scan for overdue invoices, at-risk projects, slipping tasks, and unhappy customers — every finding computed fresh, never a stale flag.
You approve, ForgeOps acts
Review the drafted email, task, or alert in one queue. Approve it and it really sends. Dismiss it and nothing happens. Your call, every time.
The agents
Eight agents watching the business around the clock.
Each one watches a different part of your company and drafts the next move. Everything lands in one review queue, and nothing happens until you approve it.
Accounting Agent
Tracks A/R aging, drafts reminders for overdue invoices, and flags severely overdue accounts for a real collections decision.
A drafted reminder for an overdue invoice, waiting in your queue.
Agents and automations are included on Strike and Refine. Spark is the full program without them.
Automations
Six automations, on from day one.
Each one turns an agent’s signal into a drafted action and queues it for your approval. They start turned on for every Strike and Refine account, and you can turn any of them off in Settings.
Every one queues for review. Nothing happens until you approve it.
Need something specific to how you run? Refine adds custom automations built by our team, $50 a month each.
Built for the week
The small stuff that runs your week.
Recurring visits, time cards, job profitability, and a triaged inbox. A few of the everyday tools inside ForgeOps.
Recurring services, handled.
Set how often a customer gets a visit, every 7 days or every 14. Each visit lands on your calendar and task list.
When your crew marks a visit done, ForgeOps logs it to the customer’s history and schedules the next one, counted from the day it was logged.
Time cards that add themselves up.
Clock in, clock out. Admins see each person’s hours and what’s owed, from their hourly rate.
See which jobs actually pay.
Gross margin by job type, computed live from each project’s budget and spend.
An inbox that triages itself.
Your real Gmail inbox, sorted by category and urgency, with a one-line summary and a drafted reply you can edit before anything sends.
Strike and RefineHi Dana, thanks for letting us know, and sorry about the washout.
We can send a crew Thursday morning to re-lay the mulch and edge the bed.

Everything in one system
Stop running your business out of six different apps.
Projects, customers, invoicing, tasks, scheduling, and documents — all in one place, all feeding the same 8 agents watching your business.
- Projects
- Budget built from real labor, materials, equipment, and overhead line items priced off your own rate catalog — plus change orders, RFIs, and a computed risk score, never a manual flag.
- CRM & pipeline
- Deals, stages, and a real computed lead score, plus recurring service contracts with due dates and visit history for repeat work.
- Invoicing & accounting
- Real two-way QuickBooks sync — edit in either place, it stays in sync. A/R aging and overdue status computed live, never a stale badge.
- Tasks
- Assign work, track status, and let the PM Agent flag a job the moment its real tasks start slipping. Admins get a Job Type breakdown of where the team’s time is going.
- Calendar
- Site visits, calls, and internal meetings, in the same system as the jobs they’re about.
- Documents & Knowledge Base
- Upload contracts, SOPs, and manuals — real full-text search, plus a Forge summary when you need one, no per-search cost.
- Employees & team
- Four real permission tiers — Owner, Admin, Manager, Member — plus per-project assignment. The Scheduling Agent flags overload from real open-task counts.
- Time Clock
- Real weekly time cards for the whole team — clock in, clock out, and admins see exactly what’s owed, computed from real hourly rates. Included on every plan.
- Analytics
- Revenue trend, job profitability by job type, workload, sales funnel, and collections aging — real charts, computed live. Included on every plan.
- Inbox
- Your real Gmail inbox, triaged by Forge — category, urgency, summary, and a drafted reply you can edit before it sends.
- Ask Forge
- A built-in help assistant. Ask how to do anything in ForgeOps and get step-by-step answers, on every plan.

Questions
Straight answers, before you sign up.
Is this real software or a prototype?
Real — QuickBooks and Gmail sync are live two-way connections, not a demo sandbox, and every number on this page (aside from the illustrative review queue above, which uses made-up names and amounts) reflects what the actual product computes.
Do the Forge agents ever send an email or spend money on their own?
No. Every agent finding, drafted email, and automation lands in a review queue first. Nothing sends, spends, or changes until you approve it — that’s true on every plan, with no setting that turns it off.
What’s the difference between Spark, Strike, and Refine?
Spark is the full base program — projects, invoicing, CRM, tasks, calendar, Time Clock, Analytics, QuickBooks and Gmail sync — with no Forge agents or automation. Strike adds the full 8-agent suite and 6 standard automations. Refine adds custom, business-specific automations built by our team on top of everything in Strike.
How many people can use it?
Spark includes 5 team logins, Strike 20, and Refine 40. A login is a person who signs in to ForgeOps, and the owner counts as one. Your employee roster isn’t capped, but anyone who uses the Time Clock needs their own login.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from Settings whenever your business needs change.
Is my data secure?
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, never stored in plain text. OAuth tokens for QuickBooks and Gmail are encrypted at rest. Optional two-factor authentication is available on every account, on every plan.
What does it connect to?
QuickBooks and Gmail today. Outlook and Xero are in progress. See what’s coming.
Is there a mobile app?
It’s in the works. Today ForgeOps runs in your phone’s browser, and you can add it to your home screen.
Ready to run your business smarter?
